STARS of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club crossed the north London divide to deliver Christmas presents to sick kids at the Whittington Hospital. Mousa Dembele, Christian Eriksen, Hugo Lloris and the Ladies captain Jenna Schillaci lit up the wards with festive cheer.

The Whittington, in Magdala Avenue, is in full view of rivals Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium and the Gunners had visited a few days before. Tottenham’s shot striker Harry Kane was busy dishing out the goodies at the traditional Christmas hospital choice, Whipps Cross in Walthamstow.

Mr Eriksen said: “It’s great to see smiles on the children’s faces, support them and give them happiness. It’s special to be here as I’m going to be a dad myself. We know how much we can give back and how it makes a big difference for the kids and parents,” he added.
