Firefighters had to cut a woman from her car
POLICE are searching for a driver who tore through a red light causing a serious crash in Camden Town last night.
Three cars were involved in the collision in Camden Road at around 6pm, with the driver of the car that is believed to have been responsible fleeing the scene, police said.
A woman had to be cut from her car by firefighters. She was taken to hospital with a neck injury.
The Met police said in a statement: “Officers attended and found one car had been involved in a collision with two other cars after travelling through a road traffic crossing.
“The car which went through the road traffic crossing did not stop at the scene. Police are actively seeking its whereabouts and driver.”
