Police appeal for help to find vulnerable man who needs medication 

AN elderly year old man with dementia has not been seen by friends of family for over a fortnight.

Leon Sverdloff, 77, was last seen in the Royal Free Hospital, Hampstead, on May 31.

Mr Sverdloff, who has burn scars on his legs, usually wears a collared shirt, smart leather jacket and carries an umbrella.

The Met said its officer “are very concerned” for his safety as he needs medication for diabetes, bone disease and gangrene in his feet.
